Overview Coliban Water provides forward notice for the decommissioning of the existing brine lagoon at the Bendigo Water Reclamation Plant (WRP), to be carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, enabling its conversion into a Class B recycled water storage facility. Purpose Coliban Water's value for money considerations are not solely focussed on price, but encompass opportunities to deliver social and sustainable outcomes that benefit the Victorian community, in alignment with the Victorian Government's Social Procurement Framework. Coliban Water encourages organisations that contribute socially and economically to the community to get involved in its tendering and quotation processes.
