Overview The City of Kingston is seeking to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced consultant team to progress the Kingston Arts Precinct Masterplan to a full business and investment case. About The Kingston Arts Precinct comprises Kingston Arts Centre (KAC), Kingston City Hall (KCH) and the immediate surrounds in Moorabbin. The precinct is an important cultural and community asset for Kingston and provides a range of spaces for arts, cultural, community and civic activity. Scope Progression of the Kingston Arts Precinct Masterplan to a full business and investment case Site Inspection Date: Tuesday 17 November 2026 Instructions to Tenderers Submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time. Tenderers should allow enough time for lodging the submission, as late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. All clarification questions must be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the RFx closing date.
