Campaspe Shire Council seeks suitably qualified contractors to deliver building works at the Kyabram Service Centre, Library and KCLC to improve accessibility, functionality and operational performance while maintaining building operations throughout construction. The work to be tendered for include: Refurbishment of the existing library-accessed toilet facilities to provide: one DDA compliant toilet incorporating baby change facilities; and one additional compliant toilet facility. Provision of a void area to accommodate a potential future connection to KCLC. Internal reconfiguration works including relocation of the western wall of the existing toy library area. Consolidation of the existing toy library, rear meeting room and Office 5 into a new combined meeting room.
