Overview Wellington Shire Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake a partial roof replacement at the Maffra Basketball Stadium, Cameron Sporting Complex, Maffra. Scope The scope includes: Replacement of approximately 130m² of roofing at the Cameron Sporting Complex, Maffra, where the existing roof sheeting has deteriorated and is exhibiting corrosion and localised rust perforations Supply and installation of replacement commercial-grade roof sheeting Supply and installation of associated flashings and guttering All ancillary works necessary to complete the project Contract Terms and Conditions Works are to be completed within six months of contract award Site Inspection An onsite inspection is open to interested parties.
