About this tender
Overview Baw Baw Shire Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a tender for appointment to the Major Civil Construction and Infrastructure Works Panel. Scope Works under the contract will generally be of a more complex nature and valued at more than $50,000 (ex GST). The panel will be used to procure a broad range of civil construction and infrastructure works across the municipality, including but not limited to: Road rehabilitation and pavement works Asphalt works Drainage and stormwater works Geotechnical and landslip works Road safety improvement works Footpaths, shared paths and streetscape works Community and public realm infrastructure works Contractor Requirements Council intends to establish a panel of suitably qualified contractors with demonstrated capability, capacity, experience and systems relevant to the nominated categories Instructions to Tenderers Pricing will not be evaluated during panel establishment. Individual works packages will generally be procured through secondary Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes undertaken amongst appointed panel members. Tenderers should refer to all Request for Tender documentation for detailed requirements and evaluation criteria.
