Overview Mildura Rural City Council is seeking tenders from contractors to reconstruct approximately 1.25 km of failed pavement sections on Meridian Road, Yelta. Scope The scope includes: Removal of the existing failed pavement Stabilisation of the underlying formation Construction of a new pavement Application of a primer seal Reinstatement of pavement markings Instructions to Tenderers Completed responses can only be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel system. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Should assistance be required, please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page of VendorPanel. Submissions must be fully received by the closing time, as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of a tender, and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
