About this tender
Overview Parks Victoria (the "Principal") is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Design and Construct Contractor (the "Contractor", "Tenderer", "Consultant" or "Supplier") to deliver Design and Construct (D&C) services for future staff accommodation modular buildings at the Omeo Depot, under Contract Number PAT-2526-5429. The appointed D&C Contractor will be required to work collaboratively with Parks Victoria and Parks Victoria's engaged consultants to deliver the modular building staff accommodation upgrades at Omeo Depot. Scope At a high level, the scope of this appointment is to provide Design and Construct (D&C) services for two project sites where modular buildings will be installed, including but not limited to: Detailed design of the future modular building Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) Demolition and asbestos removal Prefabrication of modular buildings Site preparation and crane laydown areas Construction and installation of modular buildings Car parking upgrades Stormwater and civil drainage Telecommunications connection Construction works for utilities connection and/or upgrades as required, including electrical, water and wastewater The design of utilities connections and upgrades (electrical, water and wastewater) is excluded from this scope of work. The appointed Contractor will be required to work closely and collaboratively with the Principal's engaged Utilities Design Consultant during the construction scope of work.
