About this tender

WorkSafe is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers for the provision of professional office cleaning services at three of its Melbourne metropolitan locations. Each office location varies in size and amenities. WorkSafe wishes to appoint a single contractor to deliver the services. The services can be summarised as: General cleaning (typical routine cleaning – daily to monthly) Periodical cleaning (6-monthly or annually) Non-Scheduled (Other Services) cleaning, as detailed in a Work Order Extraordinary (Pandemic-type) cleaning The three WorkSafe Melbourne metropolitan locations are: 1. Essendon Fields – 171-191 Hammond Street 2. Mulgrave – 37 Dunlop Road 3.
