About this tender
Austin Health is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced vendor to deliver the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). The solution will support comprehensive financial planning and management processes, including: End-to-end planning and forecasting across Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, and Capital/Project expenditure Monthly forecasting capabilities supported by robust modelling tools Long-term financial planning (up to 10 years), incorporating CPI-based projections Advanced budgeting methodologies, including trend-based and zero-based budgeting with customised phasing aligned to activity drivers (e.g. NWAU targets) Granular planning capability at both Chart of Accounts and cost centre level Delivery Approach The implementation is expected to be completed over an estimated 5-6-month period, including four (4)-weeks hyper care.
