Scope Management and provision of pavement processing and crushing works (concrete and asphalt) services, as outlined in the specification document Contractor Requirements Suitably experienced and resourced to deliver the Services Suitably experienced in the management and provision of the Services as outlined in the specification document Contract Terms and Conditions Initial contract period of two (2) years Option to extend the contract for two (2) periods of one (1) year, to a maximum contract term of four (4) years from the Commencement Date Council has the sole option to terminate the contract for convenience at any time Council intends to select one (1) tenderer for the whole of the Service Instructions to Tenderers Tender submissions received late, or by any means other than via the e-tendering portal, will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council's Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time, as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
