Overview Swan Hill Rural City Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors, preferably with heritage restoration experience, to undertake restoration works to the Roy Grounds Rotunda at the Pioneer Settlement in Swan Hill, Victoria. Objectives The objective of the project is to restore and conserve the heritage significance of the structure while maintaining its authenticity, character and long-term integrity. Scope The scope includes: Restoration works to the Roy Grounds Rotunda at the Pioneer Settlement, Swan Hill Delivery of the works in accordance with the endorsed Heritage Victoria documentation and permit conditions Delivery of the works in accordance with Part B (Specification), Part C (General Conditions of Contract AS4000-2025) and Part D (Drawings and Supporting Information) of the tender documents All activities necessary to complete the works, from site establishment through to practical completion Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced contractor Heritage restoration experience is preferred
