RFT Ivanhoe Park – Car Park Reconstruction

Overview Banyule City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors to reconstruct the car park at Ivanhoe Park, located at 155 The Boulevard, Ivanhoe East Vic 3079. Scope The scope of works generally includes but is not limited to construction activities involving: Mobilisation and site establishment Set out of works All works as per design drawings and specification Ensuring the works are undertaken safely and in accordance with all Council and statutory safety requirements Earthworks Drainage works Kerb and channel construction Footpath, pram and vehicle crossings Pavement works Pavement marking Signage Supply and install accessible drinking fountain Construct brick wall Supply and install new seat on top of brick wall Supply and install 5.0m wide oval boom gate and posts Supply and install new pedestrian oval gate Remove existing oval timber fence and supply and install new long cyclone security fence Supply and install timber bollard and rail fencing Site clean-up As-built documentation of as constructed information Site Inspection A site visit will be held for contractors to assess the site conditions.
