Overview Colac Otway Shire Council is inviting submissions from suitable and experienced contractors to undertake the design and construction of the staircase located at Red Rock Reserve. Scope The scope includes: Design and construction of the staircase at Red Rock Reserve Pricing of the works for different material options as per the RFQ documents Contractor Requirements Suitable and experienced in undertaking design and construction works Instructions to Tenderers Suppliers intending to submit a response should note the following: Allow sufficient time to upload submissions to the eProcure portal before the close time of 2.00pm, as large files may take some time to load Failure to fully upload a submission by the close time will result in being locked out of the portal Late submissions will not be accepted unless it can be proven that exceptional circumstances prevented the timely upload of the response
