About this tender
Overview ARTC is seeking a contractor to undertake the design, construction, testing, and commissioning of an upgrade to the VHLC interlocking system between Manor Loop and Elders Loop. Purpose The existing VHLC interlocking system between Manor Loop and Elders Loop has reached the end of its service life and is no longer aligned with current ARTC standards or contemporary Victorian signalling principles. Increasing maintenance burden, limited spare parts availability, and ageing data architecture present reliability and lifecycle risks to ongoing operations. Scope The scope includes: Design of the VHLC interlocking system upgrade between Manor Loop and Elders Loop Construction of the upgraded interlocking system Testing of the upgraded interlocking system Commissioning of the upgraded interlocking system
