Overview The Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne (RCH) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to establish and operate a retail compounding pharmacy in the commercial area of RCH. The successful invitee will lease a tenancy from RCH and be required to design, fit-out, staff, and operate the tenancy in accordance with all applicable legislative, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Scope The scope includes: Leasing a tenancy from RCH in the commercial area of the hospital Designing and fitting out the tenancy for use as a retail compounding pharmacy Staffing the tenancy Operating the tenancy as a retail compounding pharmacy in accordance with all applicable legislative, regulatory, and contractual requirements Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in establishing and operating a retail compounding pharmacy Compliance with all applicable legislative, regulatory, and contractual requirements in designing, fitting out, staffing, and operating the tenancy Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A briefing session will be held for this opportunity, and a site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
