About this tender
Overview The City of Ballarat is establishing a Facilities Panel for builder services, comprising four streams of work. Scope The panel comprises four streams: Stream One: Heritage Joinery Stream Two: Building works up to $50,000 ex GST Stream Three: Building works from $50,001 ex GST to $500,000 ex GST Stream Four: Building works from $500,001 ex GST to $2,000,000 including GST The type of works includes but is not limited to: Building maintenance requirements Capital works and refurbishment programs Asset lifecycle and renewal initiatives Compliance, accessibility, and risk driven upgrades Instructions to Tenderers It is the responsibility of the bidder to monitor emails and alerts from VendorPanel throughout the tender period and post tender close until award or notice of outcome are issued Clarifications and other information, as required, are released to the email that the bidder has used to register for the tender Bidders are to ensure that the nominated VendorPanel email is monitored during absences and/or change of staff
