Overview This is an Advanced Tender Notice issued by the Department of Education (VIC) on behalf of the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA), to receive notification from parties interested in tendering for Covered Outdoor Learning Area (COLA) construction works at Mount Waverley Secondary College. This advance tender notice is not the actual tender and no tender documentation is provided at this stage. The VSBA is intending to release a Request for Tender in August 2026. Scope The scope includes: Design and construction of a COLA over the existing single basketball court at the Junior campus Design and construction of a double COLA over the existing basketball courts at the Senior campus Provision of Head Contractor services, including engaging a suitably qualified COLA supplier and managing the design and construction of the COLA in consultation with the VSBA's engaged Architect Contractor Requirements Current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification, level amount no less than $2,000,000 Instructions to Tenderers Parties interested in tendering must email their company details to vsba.project.delivery@education.vic.gov.au to be considered for tendering. The email subject heading should be clearly marked ATN-SF-8105MWSC-2526 for Victorian School Building Authority. A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited. The VSBA will decide which firms are to be invited to submit a tender, based on the firm's experience, capability, capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
