Overview Brimbank City Council is seeking a contractor to undertake sports ground lighting upgrades at three individual sites: Balmoral Park Oval 1, Keilor Recreation Reserve and Lionheart AFL oval. Purpose The upgrade aims to bring the existing sportsground lighting systems up to competition standards while transitioning to energy-efficient LED technology. This will enhance usability for evening sports events, improve player safety, and support the growing demand for community sports activities.
