The University is undertaking this procurement to identify and implement a contemporary Placement Management System (PMS) to support the effective management of student placements, internships, and work-integrated learning (WIL) activities across the University. Student placements are a critical component of the University's learning and teaching framework, with volumes continuing to grow year-on-year across multiple faculties and disciplines. This procurement forms part of the University's broader Student Placements Transformation Program, which aims to modernise placement operations, strengthen governance and risk management, and enable sustainable growth in placement-based learning. The University is seeking to engage a long-term strategic partner, rather than a standalone software provider, to support this transformation.
