Scope Supply and delivery of bitumen products Contractor Requirements Experience in the provision of bitumen products Submissions must conform with the mandatory items identified in the Conditions of Tender Contract Terms and Conditions Tenderers' organisations must review the Contract Terms and Conditions issued with the tender Any non-conformances with the Contract Terms and Conditions must be noted at the time of submission Instructions to Tenderers Submissions must be reviewed against the Conditions of Tender prior to lodgement The submission involves compulsory completion of an online form and uploading of key information against the appropriate question Tenderers should review all questions prior to responding to understand the response requirements and time commitment involved Submissions may only be lodged electronically via the etender portal Council is not responsible for upload times to the electronic Tender Box Tenderers must click "Submit" before the Tender Closing Time when uploading a submission Tenderers will receive a successful submission receipt, timed and dated upon completion
