Supply and Delivery of Quarry Products

Overview The City of Whittlesea, in a joint Request for Tender (RFT) collaboration with Nillumbik Shire Council, is seeking to appoint one or more suppliers, and/or establish a panel of suppliers, to provide Quarry Products that meet all specification requirements and provide best value to each respective Council. About The City of Whittlesea will conduct and lead the public tender for the procurement of Quarry Products on behalf of both Councils. A Tender Evaluation Panel (TEP) consisting of panel members from both Councils will jointly evaluate the tender responses. Each Council may, however, conduct separate pricing evaluations and contract negotiations, and may appoint its own supplier(s) and/or panel of suppliers based on each Council's needs and in line with its respective policies and evaluation frameworks. Each Council will enter into and execute the Contract Documents with its selected supplier(s) separately, with both Councils using the same Contract Documents as the Contract template.
