About this tender
Overview Bayside City Council, in collaboration with SSROC and Participating Councils, is seeking to engage multiple suppliers for the supply and delivery of chemical and associated products for aquatic centres, across two categories: Pool & Water Treatment Chemicals, and Bulk Delivery, Container Management & Emergency Supply Services. Purpose These goods and services support the safe operation of Participating Council aquatic centres, swimming pools and leisure facilities, where continuity of supply is critical to maintaining safe water quality and meeting community service obligations. Scope The scope includes: Category 1a: Pool & Water Treatment Chemicals Category 1b: Bulk Delivery, Container Management & Emergency Supply Services Respondents may tender for one or multiple categories, with contracts potentially awarded to multiple suppliers per category. Instructions to Tenderers Background Information / Compatibility Requirements Tenderers are to refer to all documents uploaded to this Request. SSROC has extended the usual close date from 1 October to 7 October to account for the Labour Day Public Holiday and School Holiday period. No other extensions will be provided. Tenderers are to note that under NSW Legislation, no late submissions can be accepted by Bayside Council or SSROC.
