Training Review and Strategy - Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing

Overview The Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing, as leader of this project, in partnership with the Partners in Culturally Appropriate Care (PICAC) Alliance, is seeking proposals from suitably qualified consultants to undertake a comprehensive Training Review and Strategy for the Anglican Aged Care Services Group t/as Benetas. About This is the first phase of a larger project. A second phase will seek the development of training modules, subject to the findings and recommendations of this first phase. Purpose This phase will clarify the role of the Centre and Alliance partners in the aged care training and professional development ecosystem, and establish a scalable, evidence-based and culturally appropriate training strategy aligned with sector reforms and workforce needs, including a core competencies framework. Scope The scope includes: Undertaking a comprehensive Training Review and Strategy covering training that builds the capability of the aged care workforce to deliver culturally safe and inclusive services for older Australians from diverse cultural, ethnic and language backgrounds Contractor Requirements Demonstrated expertise in training strategy, workforce development, instructional design, and the aged care or related sectors Instructions to Tenderers Proposal documents must be obtained after registration Proposal enquiries should be directed via the online forum Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion The Anglican Aged Care Services Group T/A the Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing is not bound to accept the lowest priced proposal or all or any part of a proposal, and reserves the right to conduct the Request For Proposal (RFP) process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing staff will not respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal Verbal proposals will not be accepted, and late or emailed proposals will only be accepted under exceptional circumstances pertaining to technical difficulties
