About this tender

Overview Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) is seeking to partner with one or more appropriate Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider/s to support its workforce. About VLA operates out of 16 offices across Victoria, one in Naarm (Melbourne's CBD), five in metropolitan Melbourne (Broadmeadows, Dandenong, Frankston, Ringwood and Sunshine) and the remaining nine in regional Victoria (Bairnsdale, Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong, Horsham, Morwell, Mildura, Shepparton, Warrnambool and Wodonga). VLA delivers services at many and varied locations across Victoria such as courts, tribunals and health services. The provision of legal assistance, advocacy, allied professional services and other services, while rewarding, can also be challenging for staff. Scope The scope includes: Provision of Employee Assistance Program/s to VLA staff Delivery of supports in-person across all VLA sites and via virtual support Provision of contemporary technological solutions for how supports can be delivered Contractor Requirements Trauma informed approach Culturally safe and responsive service delivery Sensitivity to the impact of structural and systemic factors on individual and team wellbeing Instructions to Tenderers Please refer to the attached tender documentation for further details on the scope of services, requirements, tender process and response requirements.
