North East Water are seeking to engage a suitable contractor under a construct only contract to carry out the replacement of four Clear Water Storage tanks roofs at Wandiligong CWS site. North East Water is issuing an Issued For Construction Design Drawings Pack as part of this tender. The objectives for this package of works are: • Decommission, remove and dispose of four CWS Tanks existing roofs • Supply and construction of four CWS Concrete Roofs as per drawings in Part B8 • Supply and installation of access and instrumentation hatches in all four roofs and internal ladders in all four tanks as per drawings in Part B8 • Supply and installation of roof access stairs and platform and handrail around the four roofs as per drawings supplied in Part B8 • Patch the internal of the CWS tanks • Associated civil and mechanical works Briefings Mandatory Site Tender Briefing A briefing session will be held at Corner of Growlers Creek Road and Sidling Track, Wandiligong, Victoria, Australia, 3744 on 7 July 2026 11:00 am.
