Overview Moorabool Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the White Avenue Reserve upgrade works. Scope The works comprise the upgrade of White Avenue Reserve in Bacchus Marsh to create a safe, accessible and sustainable community park. The project includes the installation of new play equipment with compliant soft-fall surfacing, provision of park amenities such as seating, upgrades to existing tracks and accessways, and extensive replanting with approved native species. Council's goal is to transform the reserve into a functional and enjoyable community park that meets safety standards and community needs.
