ZPI Bid (RFx) Management Platform
Tender Overview
About this tender
Zinfra Projects & Infrastructure (ZPI) is the delivery arm of Zinfra, specialising in the safe, efficient, and reliable execution of capital works across Australia’s critical energy networks. ZPI partners with asset owners, including Jemena, to deliver end-to-end outcomes—from planning and engineering through to construction and commissioning. Operating at scale, it delivers complex programs across electricity and gas networks, supporting the development and resilience of essential infrastructure. ZPI’s delivery model is underpinned by: Safety-first culture embedded across all activities Scalable delivery across projects and programs Integrated teams spanning engineering and delivery Strong client alignment and partnership As energy systems evolve, ZPI plays a critical role in enabling the transition—delivering the infrastructure required for a more reliable, sustainable energy future. The Problem? Current Bid (RFx) response management is manual, fragmented, and heavily dependent on SMEs, leading to inconsistent quality and duplicated effort. in ZPI there is a high cost to produce bids with limited scalability across 70–100 bids per year Inefficiencies in turnaround time, collaboration, and compliance with security/architecture standards Lack of a centralised, AI-enabled platform limits content reuse, workflow standardisation, and governance Missed opportunity to reduce cost and improve productivity We want to implement an Ai-enabled bid (Rfx) management platform in ZPI to: Increase productivity, consistency, quality and speed to respond Reduce duplication/inefficiencies, internal costs to produce bids Improve workflow standardisation and productivity compliance. Pre-Qualifications This tender has an initial pre-qualification stage where only companies with some maturity and data sovereignty compliance will be considered.
How to respond to this tender
A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Read the requirements in full
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Confirm you are eligible and it is worth bidding
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Answer every criterion with evidence
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Lodge early through the official portal
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
