Overview The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is inviting vendors to submit an expression of interest (EOI) to operate as a vendor at the 2026 Seniors Christmas Lunch event, to be held on Wednesday 9 December 2026. Vendors may apply for this and other upcoming City events using the application form, by selecting the events they wish to submit an EOI for. Applicants will be notified within 5 business days of the event's EOI closing date and as additional opportunities become available. Eligibility Applicants are categorised for fee purposes as follows: Type A (Business/Commercial/Individual/For-Profit/Government): a business that sells products for the purpose of generating a profit that is used as the primary source of income Type B (Community Group/Not-For-Profit/Non-Commercial/Charity): a person or group that makes and sells products where the profit is not used as a primary source of income, including charity/fundraising groups, hobbyists, and crafters Contract Terms and Conditions Event: Seniors Christmas Lunch Event Date: Wednesday 9 December 2026 EOI Closing Date: Wednesday 28 October 2026 No late applications will be accepted after the EOI closing date Fees and Charges 2026-2027 (Incl GST) Community Group Rate (per event, per 4m x 4m site): $0.00 Business Rate (per event, per 4m x 4m site): $42.00 Cleaning Fee (per event, per site): $104.00 Event Bay Powered, 10 Amps: $10.50 Event Bay Powered, 15 Amps: $16.00 Event Bay Unpowered/own generator: $0.00 How to Apply Applicants should complete their details in the application form, ensuring the information provided is correct and that the nominated contact is the person who will be present on the day of the event.
