Overview Mid West Ports (Mid West (WA)) is seeking an accredited, qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning company to enter into a 3 Year Air Conditioning Service Agreement covering routine inspections, routine maintenance, emergency and planned breakdown repairs, and installation of air conditioners, ice machines and water coolers at buildings and rooms located at the Port of Geraldton. About Midwest Ports consists of seven operational berths, a fishing boat harbour, vacant land pockets external to the port, a rail corridor, and cargo laydown areas. As an operating port, the requirement for quality, accredited Refrigeration and Air Conditioning services is integral to the Port's operations. As part of Mid West Ports Authority's (MWPA) ongoing contractor management strategy, consistent pricing schedules, terms and conditions, standards of materials, and standards of workmanship across the site have been identified as crucial, and the scope of work below has been developed for interested qualified parties to quote. Scope The scope includes: 1. Routine Inspections (Port of Geraldton) Routine monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly and annual inspections on air-conditioning units as per the attached list within the Geraldton Port and associated offices occupied by MWPA staff in Geraldton Routine monthly inspections on water drink units and ice making machines as per the attached list within the Geraldton Port Routine monthly inspections on fresh air pressurisation units in selected MCCs as per the attached list within the Geraldton Port 2. Corrective Works (Port of Geraldton) Repairs to faults identified after inspections, as approved by the MWPA Supervisor/Planner Emergency breakdown repairs as requested via phone call or work orders Full strip and cleans as requested via work order or approved post-inspection report Attendance to corrective work within 24 hours, or by alternative arrangements agreed with the MWPA Supervisor/Planner 3. Installations (Port of Geraldton) Quoting, supply and installation of agreed brand and size of split unit or room air conditioner units as requested via approved purchase order Contractor Requirements Accreditation and qualification as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning company
