PROPTA26011. PTA Ferry Expansion - Public Engagement and Public Art - Swan River (Matilda Bay & Applecross). Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) has been engaged by the Public Transport Authority (PTA) to procure a consultancy service to co-ordinate public engagement activities and manage the development and delivery of public art for the Ferry Expansion project. The Consultant will deliver end-to-end cultural and artistic advisory services to support the integration of Whadjuk Noongar cultural narratives into the ferry network expansion project. This includes preparing a Public Art Plan, managing artist engagement and cultural approvals, and co-ordinating with PTA and DTMI to embed cultural elements into infrastructure design. The Consultant will provide technical advice to ensure artworks meet safety, accessibility, and compliance requirements, identify and advise on design compatibility issues, and prepare all necessary documentation for inclusion in D&C contract packages. All services must uphold cultural governance requirements and align with project timelines and technical standards.
