About this tender
Vehicles for Sale by Tender Disposal of Uncollected Vehicles by Tender Submissions are invited for the purchase of vehicles currently in the possession of the Shire of Narrogin and classified as uncollected goods, pursuant to section 3.40A of the Local Government Act 1995 and regulation 29A of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996. These vehicles have not been collected within the prescribed timeframes following notification to the owner(s), and are now offered for sale by tender. ITEMS 2013 Ford Focus ST – Yellow 2006 Hyundai Trajet – Silver 2008 Hyundai Elantra – Gold 2006 Mazda 3 – Black 2001 Honda CRV – White 2004 Holden Commodore Ute (VY or VZ series) – White All vehicles are offered on an ‘as is, where is’ basis.
