Overview WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) is seeking to engage an evaluator with experience in the Western Australian Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) sector to conduct an independent, mixed methods evaluation of WAPHA commissioned AOD services. Purpose The evaluation will be conducted within the Realist Evaluation Framework, ensuring that it considers "what works, for whom, in what respects, to what extent, and in what contexts" and enables both overarching and place based recommendations for WAPHA commissioned AOD services across the state. Scope The scope includes: Conducting an independent, mixed methods evaluation of WAPHA commissioned AOD services Applying the Realist Evaluation Framework to the evaluation Developing overarching and place based recommendations for WAPHA commissioned AOD services across the state Contractor Requirements Experience in the Western Australian Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) sector
