Architectural Services for the Design of 19-unit development to Lot 724 Dowding Way, Port Hedland

Overview The Department of Housing and Works (WA) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced architectural consultancy to act as Lead Consultant for the design of a 19-unit Government Regional Officers' Housing (GROH) development at Lot 724 Dowding Way, Port Hedland. Scope The scope includes: Design development, coordination and documentation of a Government Regional Officers' Housing (GROH) development comprising nineteen (19) dwellings at Lot 724 Dowding Way, Port Hedland Management and coordination of all required sub-consultants Delivery of fully coordinated and certified construction documentation suitable for procurement and construction of the development Provision of all professional services, investigations, design development, documentation, consultant coordination and approvals necessary to satisfy the Project requirements Achievement of a compliant, buildable and cost-effective outcome that aligns with the Principal's objectives Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced architectural consultancy to act as Lead Consultant Builder pre-qualification: Not applicable
