About this tender
Overview The Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) is seeking a backup solution for the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, consistent with the customer's obligations under the Microsoft Shared Responsibility Model, to cover Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Dataverse. Scope The solution must cover: Power Apps: backup of app configurations, environments, and dependencies Power Automate: backup of flows, triggers, and associated connectors Dataverse: backup of tables, schema, and relational data Environment-level backup: ability to back up entire environments and restore selectively Cross-region support: support across all Microsoft Azure Regions within Australia Licence scalability: the solution should be able to accommodate very large growth in volume of datasets from the initial deployment Backup Features Scheduled and on-demand backups Incremental and full backup options Versioning and retention policies Scalability from the current 100GB to very large datasets, i.e. larger than 1TiB Restoration Features Granular restore (single app/flow/table) Full environment restore Preview before restore Monitoring and Reporting Dashboard for backup status Alerts for failures or anomalies Compliance with product licences and/or entitlements Integration Native integration with Microsoft Power Platform Admin Centre API support for automation Security and Compliance Data encryption (in transit and at rest) Role-based access control Compliance with Western Australian Government Cyber Security Policy Audit logs for all backup and restore activities Statements of cyber security compliance to be made available upon request of the Customer Technical Requirements SaaS or Azure deployment options Compatibility with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID Support for multi-factor authentication and Single Sign-on or similar outcome Scalability for multiple environments and very large datasets (into petabytes) Service and Support Options for choice of technical support from 8:00am to 5:00pm (AWST) and 24/7 technical support SLAs for backup and restore operations Regular updates and patches Enquiries Contact: Luke Young Phone: (08) 65511498 Email: luke.young@dohw.wa.gov.au
