Overview The Department of Fire and Emergency Services is seeking to procure a hosted Group Call teleconferencing system and associated support services to enhance its ability to efficiently and effectively mobilise volunteer emergency resources across the vast and remote state of Western Australia. About The system currently supports the mobilisation of 500 volunteer brigades, groups, and units statewide and remains a critical operational capability.
