Overview The Shire of Menzies invites written quotations from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of Building Approval Services and Environmental Health Services, under Request for Quotation RFQ 01/2026. Scope The scope includes: Provision of Building Approval Services Provision of Environmental Health Services Regular service delivery within the district, including a monthly site visit Suppliers may quote for Lot 1 (Building Approval Services), Lot 2 (Environmental Health Services), or both lots combined. Contract Terms and Conditions Initial contract term of 12 months Option to extend for a further 12 months at the Shire's discretion Instructions to Tenderers Quotations must be submitted in accordance with the requirements outlined in the enclosed RFQ document and emailed to ceo@menzies.wa.gov.au by 4:00 PM on Monday, 2 November 2026.
