Overview The Principal is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Lead Consultant to undertake full design services for the redevelopment of Zone 4 of the Wilson Park Precinct Redevelopment, known as the Kooyong Road Activity Centre Upgrade. Scope The scope includes: Full design services for the redevelopment of Zone 4 of the Wilson Park Precinct Masterplan, known as the Kooyong Road Activity Centre Upgrade Design works covering the public realm along the Kooyong Road Activity Centre, Jupp Lane, Gerring Court, and the retention basin on the corner of Kooyong Road and Campbell Street Concept design development Development of a business case Support through council approval Detailed design development Contractor procurement support Construction technical support Superintendency and Contract Administration do not form part of the scope of works. Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced as a Lead Consultant capable of undertaking full design services for the redevelopment Capacity to consider and deliver a sequenced approach to the final design, from concept design through to construction technical support
