About this tender
Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Justice (DOJ), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake an Infrastructure Upgrade at Casuarina Prison. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Upgrade and replacement of the existing Perimeter Detection System (PDS) communications infrastructure Installation of a new fibre optic Security Communication Network (SCN) to replace the existing end-of-life direct-buried coaxial communication system Supply and installation of new pits, conduits, power and communications cabling, and fibre optic cabling Supply and installation of new Equipment Cabinets (ECs) Migration of the existing perimeter security systems onto the new network Instructions to Tenderers Respondents must complete and submit the provided confidentiality agreement via email to tenders.wa@programmed.com.au to attain access to Annexure 1, Scope, Specification and Drawings, as part of the tender documentation. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory site briefing will be held at Casuarina Prison. Date: 21 August 2026 Time: 10:00 AM Location: 288 Orton Rd, Casuarina WA 6167 All tenderers must confirm their attendance at least two days prior, including the full names of those attending. Attendees will be required to bring photo ID, such as a driver's licence, on the day. Mobile phones are not permitted on site. Please register via email to Tenders.WA@programmed.com.au. The Request for Tender number and name must be reflected on all correspondence. Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
