Overview The City of Stirling is seeking a suitably qualified civil works contractor to deliver remediation works within the Green Waste Bay area at Recycling Centre Balcatta. The works aim to improve operational functionality, drainage performance and structural integrity while maintaining safe operation of the facility. Scope The scope is divided into two separable portions: Separable Portion 1: North Green Waste Bay, walls and hardstand Separable Portion 2: Site drainage and regrading The Contractor must manage staging, access, traffic, safety and environmental controls, and coordinate with ongoing Recycling Centre operations and concurrent contractors. Contract Terms and Conditions Basis of Contract Award The City intends to award a contract to one (1) or two (2) Respondents. Tender Briefing A mandatory site briefing will be held for this opportunity (refer to Conditions of Tendering Clause 5.3), providing Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties about the Invitation for Tender prior to the Tender Deadline. Date: Tuesday 21 July 2026 Time: 10.00 am Location: RCB Public Car Park No pre-registration is required, as signing of the attendance register will take place at the briefing. Sub-contractors, sub-consultants and tradespeople are welcome to attend the briefing also.
