About this tender
Overview The Shire of Denmark is inviting performers to take part in the Carols by Candlelight portion of Denmark's annual Community Christmas Event, to be held on Saturday, 12 December 2026, at McLean Oval. Scope The scope includes: Performance in the Carols by Candlelight segment of the Community Christmas Event Selection of up to three carols to perform, via an online form to be provided once the performer program is finalised Eligibility The Shire is seeking strong representation from local schools, singing groups and other performers. Instructions to Tenderers The event will run from 3pm to 7.30pm, with Carols due to start from about 5.45pm Registrations will be open until early-November Once a program of performers has been established, a link to an online form will be provided to allow performers to select up to three carols to perform A Performer Information Pack will be developed and provided to performers in November, with full details of the event and requirements Enquiries For more information, contact Community Development Officer Andy Percy at info@denmark.wa.gov.au or 9848 0300.
