Overview The Shire of Harvey is inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced contractors to provide comprehensive construction and project management services for the Harvey Library Expansion Project. The Shire of Harvey encourages Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses, as well as disability organisations, to submit an EOI to work with the Shire. Scope Provision of comprehensive construction services for the Harvey Library Expansion Project Provision of project management services for the Harvey Library Expansion Project Contractor Requirements Mandatory Requirements Valid WA building contractor registration Financial capacity to deliver a $14M project Minimum insurance levels (public liability, workers' compensation, contract works) Compliance with Workplace Health & Safety Act 2020 (WA) Acceptable safety records (safety management systems) Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Respondents are invited to attend a non-mandatory site briefing, conducted on the following dates: Day 1: Friday, 7 August 2026, 10am Day 2: Wednesday, 12 August 2026, 10am Attendance is crucial to understanding the complexities of the live site, heritage components, and limited parking and access. If a respondent is unable to attend one of the listed site briefings, they must explicitly demonstrate within their methodology submission that they have visited and informed themselves of the site constraints during the period of the EOI. Respondents wishing to attend should email procurement@harvey.wa.gov.au with their RSVP and which day they will attend.
