About this tender
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Cooling Schools Mechanical Services works at Bicton Primary School and Canning Vale Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to the removal of Evaporative systems and Gas Heaters and make good of All areas including floors, walls, ceilings and Roof finishes. The supply and installation of new Refrigerated Air Conditioning to the DoE Standard Brief. Including the requirement for Mechanical Fresh Air to Classroom. Minor Building works may also be required. Site Visit A site visit will be held at Address as below, Perth on 3 July 2026 9:30 AM. A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at Bicton Primary School and Canning Vale Primary School respectively.
