Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education (DOE), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake cooling schools' mechanical services works at two nominated sites: Beaconsfield Primary School and Lathlain Primary School. Scope The scope includes: Supply and installation of new air-conditioning systems at Beaconsfield Primary School and Lathlain Primary School Removal of existing evaporative coolers and gas heaters at both sites Associated builders works Make good of affected areas, including but not limited to floors, walls, ceilings and roofs Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in undertaking mechanical services works of this nature Site Inspection A non-mandatory site visit and briefing will be held separately at each site as follows: Beaconsfield Primary School (5 Hale Street, Beaconsfield WA 6162): Thursday, 23 July 2026 at 10:00AM Lathlain Primary School (120 Howick St, Lathlain WA 6100): Thursday, 23 July 2026 at 12:00PM Attendance is non-mandatory.
