Overview Expressions of interest are being sought for a design and construct customer connection project. Scope The scope includes: Cut-in of an existing 330 kV double-circuit line Establishment of a three-bay terminal Installation of primary and secondary systems Construction of a short overhead line connection to the customer's substation Instructions to Respondents Registration requirements Access the EOI information through the Opportunities Hub. New users will need to register before proceeding Review the documentation and complete the relevant sections of the EOI workbook for your offer Further instructions are contained within the event Timeline 29/07/26: EOI issued to the market Q3 2026: Evaluation of EOI and potential vendors Q3 2026: RFT issued to shortlisted vendors All expressions of interest must be submitted by 4.00pm (AWST), 12 August 2026. Next steps Registrations received will be reviewed and evaluated against the scope requirements after the closing date. Registering for the opportunity does not guarantee an invitation to participate in a market event or that a respondent will become a supplier of Western Power.
