Overview The City of Mandurah is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced businesses or organisations to provide a Demographic and Economic Dataset Tool. Scope Provision of a Demographic and Economic Dataset Online Tool for the City of Mandurah Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period: Three (3) years plus the implementation period, commencing on the date of execution by both parties (Start Date) and expiring three years from the date of Go Live (End Date) Extension options: The City reserves the right to two (2) extensions to the period of the Contract First extension: Two (2) years from the End Date of the initial term Second extension: Two (2) years from the End Date of the first extension Maximum total contract period: Seven (7) years All extensions of the Contract are exercisable solely at the absolute discretion of the City
