Overview The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) has embarked on a program to improve the quality of staff accommodation in the Western Australian regions. WACHS is seeking offers for the demolition and site remediation of two properties within the Kimberley region. Scope The scope includes: Demolition and site remediation of 82b Flynn Drive, Fitzroy Crossing, WA, 6765, a three (3) bedroom building located on the Fitzroy Hospital site, to the southeast of the Hospital building, separated by existing and proposed staff accommodation dwellings, accessible from Flynn Drive and fenced with vertical green metal panels separated by matching posts in excellent condition Demolition and site remediation of 1270 B & C, Minderoo Street, Wyndham, WA, 6740, two (2) elevated, lightweight-framed nurse's accommodation buildings located on the Wyndham Hospital site, to the west of the Hospital building, separated by a landscaped green space, forming part of three identical, elongated rectangular buildings aligned vertically that currently serve as nursing staff quarters
