Overview The City of Albany is seeking a contractor to carry out construction works for the Dunn Park Living Wetland project. Scope The scope includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Site preparation, including some demolition Civil earthworks Drainage works Footpaths and maintenance access Landscaping works Production of a Contractor Construction Management Plan (CCMP) for the site Contractor Requirements The Contractor Construction Management Plan (CCMP) must include the following management strategies: Earthworks Management Strategy Dewatering and Surface Water Management Strategy Acid Sulfate Soils (ASS) Management Strategy Waste Management Strategy Emergency Management Plan (flooding events) Surface Water Management Strategy Control of erosion and sedimentation Control of noise and atmospheric pollution Flora and Fauna management plan Dewatering Management Plan
