About this tender
Overview The Shire of Denmark is inviting expressions of interest from vendors, performers and community groups to participate in the Denmark Christmas Festival 2026, including Carols by Candlelight. The event will be held from 3pm to 7.30pm on Saturday 12 December 2026 at McLean Oval, Denmark WA. Participation is free to attend and free to take part in. Eligibility The Shire is seeking expressions of interest from: Market stalls and artisan products Food vans and food vendors Musicians, bands and performers Children's entertainers, including face-painters, comedy and circus acts, and puppeteers Christmas-themed activities, including Santa Community groups and not-for-profit organisations Family-friendly attractions and experiences How to Apply Expressions of interest can be submitted now using the links below: Vendor Expression of Interest Carols by Candlelight Performer Registration The final call for registrations is mid-November 2026.
