REQUIREMENT: Provide automatically controlled, fixed irrigation systems, as documented that allow for future expansion as the existing school site is redeveloped. SCOPE OF WORKS The works to be completed as part of this contract include but are not limited to: 1. Connect the new solenoid control valve to the existing DN80 uPVC mainline and use one of the existing 6 spare wires. 2. Supply and installation of tree bubblers, pipework, valves and all associated components. 3. The commissioning and testing of the automatic irrigation system components to the satisfaction of the superintendent. Site Visit A site visit will be held at 91 Victoria Street, Mosman Park on 3 Jul, 2026 10:00 AM. If there is a briefing / site visit, the Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance at the briefing / site visit by no later than 48 hours prior to the site visit date by contacting seanb@zmha.com.au.
