Overview Lake Maintenance (Western Australia) Pty Ltd is requesting subcontractor quotes for ground floor refurbishment works at 9A Sloss Place, Kalgoorlie, on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works. Scope Ground floor refurbishment works at 9A Sloss Place, Kalgoorlie Information Requested Quote submissions must include: A formal quote on company letterhead, valid for 30 days A price breakdown per trade type, using the "MDT Price Breakdown" template provided An estimated Service Delivery Program (SDP), including mobilisation time and time to complete works An indication of whether a progress payment arrangement is to be considered (Yes/No) All ACM pricing identified separately per property, if applicable If a company is unable to provide a quote submission, it should reply by email briefly explaining the reason, selected from: pricing, current capacity and workload, nature of works, or resources. Instructions to Tenderers Subcontractors must review the Scope of Works and advise Lake Maintenance of any inconsistencies, errors, incomplete information, or required clarifications as soon as possible, and before submitting a quote. Submission of quotes should be made no later than 5:00 PM Monday, 07/09/2026. Attached documentation must be referenced when preparing the quote submission. Progress payment terms must be recommended by the Head Contractor at the time of submitting quotes to the Principal. These terms are negotiable but must be agreed with the Principal prior to any works being awarded. Any submission deemed incomplete will be rejected. Contractor Requirements Quotes and works must follow all requirements set by the Department of Housing and Works, as reflected in the attached documents All subcontractors, their employees, and contractors must complete onboarding inductions prior to commencing work on site Works will only be deemed completed and paid after all scope requirements are submitted, including before and after photos, waterproofing photos, and reports Subcontractors must follow the appropriate protocols when entering and leaving remote communities Enquiries Contact: Amila Mendi Email: amilamendis@lakemaint.com.au
